The goal of the Stephen Covey system is to learn to say “no” to tasks in quadrants III and IV, and focus as much time as possible on quadrant II. Avoid unproductive behaviors, such as social media and text messages, and say “yes” to tasks that have a positive long-term impact.
The items that are not urgent yet important get overlooked the most by unsuccessful people.
